What are the main responsibilities?

The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction on a timely and economical basis. You will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing the construction team, liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
