We are seeking an experienced CSA Manager for a major construction project in Espoo. This project-based role begins immediately and is anticipated to last approximately one and a half years.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on-site, ensuring quality control is maintained to the highest standards.
- Lead the quality team to ensure completed works meet required benchmarks; actively coordinate with QA managers to ensure timely submission of documentation by contractors.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, tracking progress against schedules and conducting regular subcontractor meetings.
- Supervise and organize site documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Attend and contribute to Site Meetings, Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning, Coordination, Lookahead, and Handover Meetings.
- Collaborate with the design team to review drawings and resolve any issues effectively.
- Monitor contractors’ works to ensure they align with approved drawings and specifications, addressing any snags or defects promptly.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, track project progress, manpower, and ensure contractors maintain the quality of finished works.
- Promote and manage health and safety practices, enforce housekeeping standards, and oversee material storage. Actively participate in daily SPA and permit issuing, ensuring all works follow approved safety protocols.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large-scale projects.
- Strong background in civil works, facades, and fit-out projects.
- Data center experience is a plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach and strong organizational skills.
