We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a leading data center delivery partner, for a high-profile construction project in the capital area in Finland. This project offers exciting opportunities for skilled professionals in OFCI Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and CSA Management. Each role is project-based, starting immediately.




Responsibilities

We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a leading data center delivery partner, for a high-profile construction project in the capital area in Finland. This project offers exciting opportunities for skilled professionals in OFCI Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and CSA Management. Each role is project-based, starting immediately.




Open Positions:

- OFCI Manager (Helsinki Region)

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the main technical and process lead for OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) activities, managing interactions with vendors and project stakeholders.

· Oversee the OFCI team, ensuring all vendor equipment aligns with project requirements and timelines.

· Lead client and vendor meetings, address risks, and provide expert technical guidance.

Requirements:

· 7+ years with M&E contractors; Electrical Engineering background preferred.

· Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

· Experience in data center projects is seen as an advantage for this role.- Electrical Lead & Mechanical Lead (Helsinki Region)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of Electrical Engineers OR Mechanical Engineers, focusing on efficiency, quality control, and adherence to construction schedules.

· Collaborate with the project team to clarify design specifications and support health and safety standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

· Proven experience in team leadership, scheduling, and construction project oversight.

· Experience in data center projects is seen as an advantage for this role.- CSA Manager (Helsinki Region)

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works, ensuring quality, documentation, and on-time project delivery.

· Maintain subcontractor relationships, oversee site safety, and manage daily project logistics.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with 3+ years in large-scale project management.

· Experience in data center projects is a must for this role.Benefits for All Positions:

We expect candidates to have relevant educational qualifications and several years of experience in similar roles in industrial construction projects.
