Job Summary

Contract Type:

Full time, Fixed term

We are looking for an Electrical Lead + a Mechanical Lead for a construction project in Espoo.

Both project-based positions start immediately and are estimated to last approximately one and a half years.


Responsibilities as an Electrical Engineer + a Mechanical Engineer:

  • Lead a team of Electrical Engineers OR Lead a team of Mechanical Engineers.

  • Proposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completion.

  • Display commercial astuteness.

  • Monitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials.

  • Coordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.

  • Check and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner.

  • Establish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team.

  • Oversee highest quality of health and safety.


Both positions are full-time and project-based. The employment contract will be signed directly with our client. Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering OR in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.

  • Experience in leading Electrical Engineer’s teams OR Mechanical Engineer’s teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
