The start of
the work will be during the spring.

Your role is
to make people’s lives better by taking care of clients’ vital needs, such as
bathing, dressing, eating, mobility support, and providing stimulating
activities. You will be helping clients with everyday functions and interacting
with various individuals. Your work is an essential part of providing care
services and requires good communication and teamwork skills, initiative,
responsibility, and sufficient proficiency in the Finnish language. Work is
often done in pairs or teams, and it frequently involves shift work.

Comprehensive
Finnish language training is offered for this position, starting in October. Additionally,
we expect your prompt availability, as work begins in the spring. This
position is generally for a fixed two-year contract, with the goal of moving
into permanent employment after that. The workplaces are available in 19
municipalities, located in Eastern Finland, so you will have the opportunity to
explore the beautiful Finnish nature and landscapes.

We offer
you:

• Finnish language training free
  of charge for up to 6 months, minimum entry level to Finland A2.2.
• Two-year fixed-term contract
  during which apprenticeship aiming at permanent employment contract as a
  Licensed Practical Nurse in Finland
• Work-related residence permit
  shouldered by the recruiter
• Arrangements for relocation e.g.
  authorities registrations, accommodation etc.
• Salary in accordance with the
  applicable labor agreement

We expect of
you:

• Minimum requirement: Care
  Assistant / Caregiver education OR
• Work experience in care and/or
  nursing for a minimum of three (3) years
• Possibility to commit yourself
  to the language training with live lessons and home assignments (up to 6 months)
• Willingness and motivation to
  work in the social and health care sector in elderly, disability and home care services
• Availability to enroll in the
  language training as early as the beginning of October and work start
  during spring
