As part of our Global Recruitment Team, you will play a crucial role in connecting global top talent with leading customers from Finland, Norway, and Sweden. You'll have the chance to match professionals with their dream jobs mainly from industrial and construction fields, but also other business areas such as engineering or hospitality.




We work in a hybrid model, so you will be able to work remotely and also join one of our offices in charming Bratislava (Slovakia), vibrant Katowice (Poland), or sunny Fuengirola (Spain). The starting date is agreed upon once an ideal candidate is found, and you will have the opportunity to influence it.




You are the perfect fit for us, if you have the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role or similar. Experience in the recruitment of blue-collar workers is seen as an advantage.

  • And industrial and/ or construction background from your studies or previous work.

  • A genuine passion for recruitment and interest in the international labor market.

  • Fluency in English, both in spoken and written form.

  • proficiency in other foreign languages is a big advantage (preferably Polish/ Romanian/ Bulgarian)

  • Proactive and positive attitude, showing your enthusiasm for taking initiative and embracing new challenges.

  • A people-oriented approach, prioritizing excellent customer service.

  • Good coordination and organizational skills.

  • Multitasking skills and ability to juggle several projects at once.

  • Friendly attitude and sense of humor are great assets to our team.

As part of your exciting responsibilities, you'll be in charge of the following key tasks:

  • Recruiting international workforce mainly for Finland, but also for Norway and Sweden.

  • Writing attractive job advertisements and publishing them across various channels.

  • Reviewing job applications and screening applicants.

  • Conducting interviews to find the best-suited candidates.

  • Preparing candidate presentations to showcase their potential to our clients.

  • Managing communication with the candidates and potential employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

  • Identifying new ways and channels for reaching out to the best applicants from Europe, but also other parts of the world.

  • Cooperating with HR consultants or clients in Finland, Sweden, or Norway to achieve the best recruitment outcomes.

  • Working in close cooperation with our global recruitment, relocation, and marketing teams, fostering a good team spirit.
